Legal agreement governing your use of rpzz services and platform

By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by rpzz (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and rpzz (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of rpzz services constitutes your acceptance of these terms as they may be amended from time to time. Unverified accounts are subject to deposit limits, withdrawal restrictions, and may be suspended until verification is completed. rpzz reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify identity, source of funds, or comply with regulatory requirements.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly during banking hours (09:00-18:00 WIB Monday through Friday). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours depending on your bank's policies. rpzz does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges.
Withdrawals may only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name and verified during the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard processing times are as follows:
All withdrawals are subject to a security review. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours to process. Winnings derived from bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted (see Section 5). rpzz reserves the right to request additional documentation or refuse withdrawal requests suspected of money laundering, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, you must wager your deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits or withdrawals to accounts not verified under your name are strictly prohibited. Unusual betting patterns or attempts to use rpzz for fund transfers rather than genuine gaming may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
rpzz offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotional material and these Terms. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be abused through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or other systematic approaches designed to guarantee profits.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the rpzz welcome bonus (100% up to Rp 1,000,000) is 8x (eight times) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 500,000 bonus, you must place total wagers of Rp 4,000,000 before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of bonus activation, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Players found creating multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses will have all accounts closed and funds confiscated. rpzz reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts of Users who abuse promotional offers or engage in fraudulent activity. All games offered on rpzz utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested and audited by independent third-party testing agencies to ensure fair, random, and unbiased outcomes. Game results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be manipulated by the Player or the Company. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds.
Sports bets are settled based on official results at the conclusion of the event. For live (in-play) betting, settlement is based on the score at the time the bet is accepted. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or canceled match, bets are typically voided unless the event resumes and concludes within 48 hours. Bets on BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia (Garuda), and other Indonesian football matches follow standard football betting rules as published on the rpzz platform. Togel (Toto Gelap) bets are settled based on official results published by the respective lottery authorities: Singapore Pools (Togel SGP), Hong Kong Jockey Club (Togel HK), and authorized operators for Sydney and Macau draws. Results are typically available within 15 minutes of the official draw time. In the rare event of a disputed or delayed result, bets remain pending until official confirmation. Minimum bet amounts, maximum payouts, and accepted bet types (4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Tengah Tepi, Shio) vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. rpzz is not liable for losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from service interruptions, provided such interruptions were not caused by gross negligence on our part.
You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that you may lose your deposited funds. rpzz does not guarantee winnings and makes no representations regarding the likelihood of success. Past performance, RTP percentages, and advertised odds do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling budget and should only wager amounts you can afford to lose.
rpzz is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers. Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by external financial institutions are beyond our control. Similarly, game content is provided by third-party software developers, and rpzz is not liable for game malfunctions, errors, or disputes arising from game provider software, except where required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, rpzz's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.
rpzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to complete KYC verification, or exhibit patterns of behavior inconsistent with responsible gaming. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Account balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonuses, fees, or obligations. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.
Upon termination for cause, rpzz reserves the right to forfeit your Account balance if such funds were obtained through violation of these Terms or fraudulent means. Legitimate winnings and deposited funds will be returned to verified payment methods after completion of investigation, typically within 30 days. You remain liable for any outstanding debts or obligations to rpzz following termination.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpzz holds its operating license. For matters relating to Indonesian Users, Indonesian consumer protection laws apply to the extent they do not conflict with the governing law of our license jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and rpzz, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support channels. If the issue cannot be resolved within fourteen (14) days, either party may escalate the matter to mediation. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against rpzz.
Any claim or dispute arising from your use of rpzz Services must be filed within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period are time-barred and will not be considered.
